I want your online art buying experience to be first-rate! If you can't find answers to your questions about the art, prints or shipping below, please contact me directly through this website. I will do my best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. I look forward to working with you to bring fresh and original artwork into your home or workplace.
Print Quality: From the beginning of my career until now, I have hired professional photographers to capture and edit my original paintings. Ask any of them: they will tell you I have been a demanding client. Why? I want you to get the best possible rendition of my artwork.
Currency: All pricing is in U.S. dollars. I accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
Returns/Refunds: I offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. The work must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping cost at customer's expense; customer must also insure the artwork for return. Prints are not available for exchange as they are printed to order.
Shipment arrives damaged: If your print order arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately via this website to let me know. Before opening the package, you must photograph the damaged package. Once you photograph it, open it. Hopefully, the box will have sustained the damage and not the print and/or the frame. But if the print or frame is damaged, please photograph that also and let me know. We will arrange a replacement.
If you ordered an original piece of work, please follow the steps above. I photograph every original before and after it is packaged and sent to you, for insurance purposes. All original artwork is insured for transportation.
Shipping: All work is insured and is shipped via FedEX. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you for every shipment. Most prints should arrive in 7-12 business days.
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are pre-calculated for the United States. Residents of all other countries will need to contact me through the website to arrange shipping fees, which can be expensive. I would suggest ordering unframed or stretched prints only and having the framing done in your country. Foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty when the shipment arrives.
Notes on choosing printing media: If you enjoy the look of watercolor paper, the fine art paper print is the best choice. Generally, when I frame my originals on watercolor paper, I mat them leaving a 2-3" border and then frame them under glass or plexiglas. If you choose this method, your print will be protected by 2 mil clear plexi-glass which is ideal for shipping and blocks 66% of harmful UV light. If you prefer stretched canvas without a frame, I like the mirrored image or solid colored sides choices. Wrapping the whole image can destroy some compositions, but this website displays an accurate image of the finished piece, so you can judge for yourself. Don't forget to use the room preview option once you've made your choice of media, size and finish: you can change rooms and wall colors to help you see what the piece will actually look like in your home or office space.
Original Work: Although many of the works available as prints have sold, some originals are still available. Many, though not all, originals are on watercolor paper and require framing, matting and glazing with glass. Shipping originals with glass glazing can be tricky; local pick-up is the best option. Other work uses a Claybord support which does not require glass to be protected. So, if there is a particular piece you are interested in, contact me and I will let you know whether or not it is available as an original and what options we have for getting it to you.
